Ginger Steele is a self-taught potter craftswoman, living in western Oregon. Her current clay work is salt-fired stoneware. She has been a professional horticulturist since 1976, the year she founded New Leaf Greenhouse, Inc., a producer of annual and perennial flowers, herbs, hanging baskets, and organic vegetables.
